Born in the Bronx, New York, on December 13, 1950, to Daniel Roman and Elizabeth Cauch, she completed business school after high school and enjoyed a remarkable 50-year career with the CBS Network. Known for her dedication and reliability, Lorraine became the go-to person for colleagues throughout her department and beyond.

A devoted Christian whose faith guided her every step, Lorraine was a source of warmth and wisdom. She dedicated her life to her family with boundless love and quiet strength. She is survived by her spouse, Mauro Patino, her daughter, Cherie Matthews, her son-in-law, Oston Matthews, her grandchildren, Joshua and Elijah Matthews, her brother, Daniel Roman, and her cousin Ralph Santiago. Her grace and strength will forever be remembered by them and all who loved her.
