Lorraine June Perkins

Lorraine June Perkins, 87, of Ronceverte, passed away on Wednesday, March 4, 2026. She was born on February 28, 1939, in Lewisburg to the late Roy G. and Kathleen Mays Fultz.

Lorraine was a woman of the Baptist faith who lived a life centered on her family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Curtis Lee Perkins; her son, Steve Perkins; her granddaughter, Lovina “Venus” Morgan; and her sisters, Shirley, Mary, and Ginny.

She is survived by her daughters, Charlene Carter and Peggy Morgan; her son, Mike Perkins; ten grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; and her sisters, Drema McQuerry and Juanita Fanning.

In accordance with her wishes, Lorraine was cremated and no services were held.
