Loretta S Phillips

Loretta S. Phillips, 92, of Snyder, Texas, passed away on Monday, March 16, 2026, at Goodlife Senior Care Center in Snyder. Born on May 15, 1933, in Dallas, Texas, to Burnet and Ethel (Munn) Smith, Loretta enjoyed a long career as a banker. She was remembered fondly as a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

She is survived by her daughter, Jackie E. Hayes of Snyder, Texas; her son, Carl C. (Rusty) Phillips, Jr. of The Colony, Texas; four grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Loretta was preceded in death by her parents, Burnet and Ethel Smith; her husband, Carl Phillips, Sr.; and her two sisters, Florene Smith Garrett and Janet Smith Linebarger.
