Loretta Frazier Ryals, born November 26, 1955 in Wayne County, Georgia, to the late Alfonzo and Maggie Vail Frazier, passed away peacefully on March 5, 2026 at Memorial Medical Hospital in Savannah, Georgia, after an extended illness. Loretta leaves to cherish her memory her children Kendra (Joe) Turner, Elisa Ryals, Joseph Ryals Jr., Joseph Lashon Ryals, and special son Kennin Burns; six grandchildren, Korsica Arrington, Quinton Frazier, Keyontae Arrington, Paige Milledge, Ka’mirion Arrington, and Darrion Arrington; seven great-grandchildren; her beloved sister and lifelong friend Patsy Dixon; and a host of loving in-laws, dear friends including best friend Patricia Roberts, and extended family.
