With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Loretta M Bolar of Fort Myers, Florida, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 3, 2026 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Percy Cooksey and Devolia Cooksey (Jackson); and her siblings, Percy Cooksey, Calvin Cooksey, Adolf Cooksey and Teddy Cooksey.

She is survived by: her son Keith Gilmore (Bridget) of Fort Myers; and her grandchildren, Keith, Keyontay, Kierre, Grace and Grant. She is also survived by great‑grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Et Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home (1589 Colonial Blvd, Fort Myers, FL 33907). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 at 10:00 AM and at 11:00 AM.
