Loretta Jean Kloida

Loretta Jean Kloida, age 81, of Manitowoc, passed away peacefully on Monday morning, March 9, 2026, at Shady Lane, where she had resided for the past two years.

Born on September 14, 1944, at Holy Family Hospital in Manitowoc, Loretta was the daughter of the late Dorothy Lucille Hofslund. She shared 61 years of marriage with her husband, Richard Kloida, who preceded her in death. Loretta is survived by her two children, daughter Kristine Kloida and son Gregory Kloida (Julie Jeske); her brother, Alan (Barb) Titus; her brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Charles (Cynthia) Kloida; and many nieces, other relatives, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Ronald (Truus) Kloida and Patricia Kloida.

Loretta will be laid to rest beside her husband at Evergreen Cemetery at a later date.
