She was proceeded in death by her beloved parents Harvey and Wanda Coe, her devoted husband of 62 years David Winfrey, her stepfather Paul DeMeyer, her brother Lyman Coe and son Bryan Winfrey.She is survived by her sisters Harvene Clove, Karen Dye and Gail Hamilton. 4 sons Aaron (Elisa) Jeff (Becky) Jered (Marissa) and Barry (Marecil) and 4 daughters Amber (Lyle) Amy, Myra (Steve) & Heather (Nick). She is also survived by her 23 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.Loretta was a devoted homemaker who dedicated her life to caring for her home and family. She was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where she served in many callings over the years. Additionally, she found great joy in her long-standing membership with the daughters of the Utah Pioneers.She will be remembered for her generous service to others, her love of babies and her beautiful smile that could light up a room.
