He is survived by: his fiancée Cheryl Gould of Jackson; his mother Gordene Dee Palmer Southwell of Tecumseh; his son Andrew Hartman; his daughter-in-law Ann Hartman of Jackson; and his children, Benjamin Hartman of Clark and Christina Hartman of Jackson.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 21st 2026 at 12:00 PM at 1778 W Michigan Ave, Jackson, MI 49202.
