Lois Margaret Parrott

Lois Margaret Parrott, 78, of Ft. Thomas, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on March 9, 2026. Born in Dayton, Kentucky, on November 10, 1947, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Dorothy Parrott.

Lois held a lifelong passion for sports. She played women’s basketball for the University of Kentucky and also enjoyed softball and bowling. In quieter times she loved watching game shows, especially Jeopardy!, and was an avid reader. A devoted animal lover, she cared for many pets throughout her life as if they were her own children.

In addition to her parents, Lois was preceded in death by her brothers Earl, James, and Walter Parrott and her sister Shirley Parrott. She is survived by her brother Raymond (Ione) Parrott, her sisters Barbara Stinnett and Janet Newberry, and many nieces and nephews who will cherish her memory.

Interment will take place at Evergreen Cemetery in Southgate, Kentucky.
