She was predeceased by: her parents, Lindsey Reliford and Ida Maples Foster; her former husband Edd Kiser; her husband William Donnelly; her sons, Enoch and William Kiser; and her granddaughter Sarah Wilcox.

She is survived by: her sons, Jack Kiser (Rita) and James Kiser (Teresa); and her stepchildren, Mike Donnelly and Lisa Broome. She is also survived by Several grandchildren and great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild, also several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, March 14th 2026 at 12:45 PM. A celebration of life will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Memorial Funeral Chapel (212 N Main St, Elizabethton, TN 37643). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Greenwood Cemetery.
