She was born on September 24, 1934, in Mount Vernon, Ohio, the daughter of Thomas Augustus and Cecile Marie (Taylor) Gardner.She is survived by her daughter Rebecca Robertson of Pensacola, Florida, and numerous nieces and nephews. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her sisters, Roberta Edgar, Carole Cuellar, and a brother, Thomas Gardner.The family will observe a private graveside burial in Mound View Cemetery.
