Lloyd William Gee, Jr. (Junnie) was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on December 7, 1957, to the late Lloyd Gee, Sr. and Josphine Cole-Smith. Lloyd was the tenth of fourteen children. He attended Indianapolis Public Schools and Thomas Howe High School. He accepted Christ as His Lord and Savior at an early age. Lloyd held many professional positions over the years. the most notable being a chef at Meridian Hills Country Club, Dock work at Poppin' Fresh Pies and a Bus Driver for IndyGo which he retired from in 2024 after nearly 25 years. Lloyd was an active and loving father to his three sons, who remembers him as a balance of discipline and lots of fun. On May 28, 2004, Lloyd began building a beautiful life with Brian Littlejohn. For 22 years they shared an unbreakable bond filled with mutual respect and unwavering love and support. Lloyd (Junnie) was an absolute mountain dew enthusiast who showed interests in old time cars, collecting Papa Smurf memorabilia and other race items. He enjoyed carpentry projects, traveling, casinos, bingo, music, cooking, working on cars and hosting friends and family for cards and barbecues. There were always laughs to be had. Lloyd was dependable, always willing and eager to help a friend or loved ones in need. His laid-back demeanor and quick comedic wit made his presence instantly felt and absolutely missed. On February 23, 2026, Lloyd peacefully departed this life surrounded by loved ones at the age of 68 years. Lloyd was preceded in death by his parents Lloyd Sr and Josphine, his brothers, Lee Smith, Sr, Tony and Johnny Gee. His sisters; Carrie Stevenson, Alice Woods, and Pam and Rose Gee. He leaves to cherish his memory; his life partner; Brian Littlejohn, three sons; Lloyd Gee III (Adrienna), Andre Gee and Chris Gee, five grandchildren; Krystopher, Mashia, Aiyona, Azaria and Donaven. Three brothers; George Smith, Jr., James Smith, and DeWayne Gee. Three sisters; Mary Figueroa, Brenda Chisolm, and Joyce Griffin and a host of other Family and Friends who will Forever hold him in their hearts.
