He is survived by: his wife Sandra Gibson Kinard; his sons, Lloyd Baldwin Jr. and Charles Wesley Baldwin; and his sister Barbara B. Gunter. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Trinity Memorial Gardens (22482 Prince Edward Hwy, Rice, VA 23966).
