Racine, WI
Lisa Lee Marshall, née Tighe, age 66, of Racine, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully on March 4, 2026, at Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center in Milwaukee. Born on October 20, 1959, in Racine, she was the daughter of the late LeRoy and Marilyn (Brown) Tighe. Lisa graduated from Washington Park High School and attended Gateway Technical College.
Lisa devoted her career to caring for others. She began at Lincoln Lutheran Nursing Home, later worked at SC Johnson Wax, and then returned to the caregiving field, serving as a dedicated caregiver at Ridgewood Care Center for eighteen years and as a private home health aide until health challenges forced her retirement.
Her greatest joy was her family. Known as the life of the party, Lisa had a gift for making everyone laugh and ensuring no one left her table hungry. For the last fifty years she shared her life with her husband Jimmy, and together they created a loving home on Franklin Street for their daughters and grandchildren.
Lisa is survived by her husband Jimmy; daughters Kellie Rae (Curtis Sr.) Blanden and Jamie Marshall; grandchildren Teasia White, Savannah Blanden, Dasani Cooper, and CJ Blanden; sisters Kellie Tighe, Rebecca (Jose) Rodriguez, Sally (Jeff) Harlow, Holly Stringer, Jackie McAllister, and Patrice (Frank) Ross; brothers Butch (Connie) Cornwell and Steve (Mike) Cornwell; brothers-in-law Enrique Ibarra and Dexter Stewart; godchildren Rhonda Carr and Luis Rodriguez; and a host of nieces, nephews, honorary children, and grandchildren she cherished deeply. She was preceded in death by her parents LeRoy and Marilyn Tighe and George Cornwell; siblings LeRoy Tighe Jr., Valerie Ibarra, and her twin sister Lorrie Stewart.
