Lisa Dettling

Lisa Dettling, age 52, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away on March 9, 2026. Born on June 1, 1973, in Ann Arbor, Michigan, she was the daughter of Richard and Sharon (Burleson) Dettling.

Lisa dedicated her professional life to caring for others as a registered nurse with Mercy Health Systems in Toledo. A graduate of Clinton High School in Clinton, Michigan, and the Mercy School of Nursing in Toledo, she brought compassion and commitment to her work throughout her career.

She found joy in reading, staying active through exercise, and taking peaceful walks with her beloved dog, Maddie.

Lisa is survived by her son, Jacob Brandon; her mother, Sharon (Burleson) Dettling; her brother, Rick Dettling; her nephews, Carson and Caleb; her life partner, Bob Klumm; and Bob’s children, Kayla and Kelly. She was preceded in death by her father, Richard Dettling.
