Linda Taylor

Linda Taylor, a devoted mother, grandmother, and sister, passed away on March 13, 2026, at the age of 78. Born on September 6, 1947, she lived a life centered on the deep love she held for her family. Linda found her greatest joy in spending time with her children and grandchildren, and the warmth and care she showed them formed the heart of her world.

She is survived by her children, Joe Taylor, Melinda Grooms, Mary Taylor, Cindy Taylor, and Charles Taylor; her mother, Pauline Shannon; and her sister, Paulette (Wayne) Young. Linda’s caring nature and compassion left a lasting impression on everyone who knew her, and the bonds she shared with her loved ones reflected a lifetime of quiet devotion.

She was preceded in death by her father, J.G. Shannon, and her brother, Jerry Shannon.

Linda will be remembered for her unwavering love and steadfast dedication to her family, leaving behind a legacy of kindness that will continue to live in the hearts of those she cherished.
