Linda R. Cooper

Linda Rose Cooper age 85 of Kent City, passed away Monday, March 16, 2026, at Corewell Health Butterworth Campus. She was born on October 7, 1940, in Grand Rapids, MI the daughter of Raymond and Beatrice (Hall) Crabb. Linda was a nature lover and enjoyed flowers, animals and the outdoors. She was a very private, caring and loving person who took care of her parents before they died. Surviving are her husband, James, whom she married on September 30, 1972; sisters, Joyce Hosmer and Susan Latreille; nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Pearl Byers, Esther Briggs and Curtis Crabb. The family will greet friends Friday, March 20 from 10:00 am until time of service at 11:00 am at Camp Lake Baptist Church, 12150 N. Division Avenue, Sparta. Pastor Dennis Tyson officiating. Interment Idlewild Cemetery, Kent City. Arrangements by K.E. Pike Funeral Home, Cedar Springs.
