Linda Quinn ObituaryObituary published on Legacy.com by Evans Funeral Home & Cremation Services on Mar. 17, 2026.Linda Lou Quinn, 82, of Chapmanville, WV, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, March 15, 2026, leaving from the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in Columbus, OH.She was born December 19, 1943, in Logan, WV, a daughter of the late Allen Conley and Nevada Thompson Conley Dalton.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Stephen Quinn; two brothers, Donald Dalton and Benny Dalton; and a very special cousin, Patricia "Patti" Morgan.Linda's devotion to her faith, family, and community was the hallmark of her life. Before her retirement, she was employed by Kroger as a cake decorator, where she made many beautiful creations with her artistic talent and attention to detail. Linda's boundless enthusiasm for life was evident in her many interests. She was an avid tennis fan, and her love for cats was parallel to her generous spirit. Linda's kitchen was a haven of savory and sweet aromas, where she expressed her love of cooking and baking. She also enjoyed gardening. Above all, Linda was a devoted mother and grandmother. The depth of her love and the joy she took in her family's accomplishments knew no bounds. She instilled in them the values of kindness, generosity, and faith, which will forever resonate in their hearts. Linda will long be remembered for her kindhearted nature, her hospitality and warmth, and her unwavering faith in God.Those left to cherish her memory are her two sons, Si (Mary) Easterling of Chapmanville, WV, and Scott (Catherine) Easterling of Dunbar, WV; five grandchildren, Dr. Joshua (Sarah) Easterling of Morgantown, WV, Lauryn (Nathan) Ramey of Chapmanville, WV, Caden Easterling of Charleston, WV, Alex Easterling of Abingdon, VA, and Nathan Easterling of Chapmanville, WV; two great-grandsons, Knox Ramey and David Daniels; two sisters, Margaret Craddock of Columbus, OH, and Rhea (Timmy) Motto of Chapmanville, WV; one sister-in-law, Dianne Dalton of Chapmanville, WV; and a special cousin, Alan Klehe of Delaware. Additionally, Linda leaves behind many nieces and nephews along with a host of extended family and friends.Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Thursday, March 19, 2026, at Evans Funeral Home & Cremation Services at Chapmanville, WV, with Pastor Roger Ooten officiating.Burial will follow in Highland Memory Gardens at Godby. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.Visitation will be held from 12:00 P.M. to 1:00 P.M.
