She was predeceased by: her parents, William James Lamb and Carrie Ruth Hall Lamb; her husband Rev. Sammy Perkins; and her siblings, Danny Lamb, Jimmy Lamb, Paul Lamb, Lewis Lamb and Kay Still.

She is survived by: her daughter Teddy; her son-in-law Danelle Gooch; her grandchildren, Wanda Carol Lewis, Keva Buckley (Andrews) and Brandon Gooch (Reedie); her great grandchildren, Isabelle Lewis, Abagail Lewis, Jude Buckley, Penelope Buckley, Teddy Lucille Buckley, Liam Gooch and Kellen Gooch; her brother Billy Lamb; and her stepchildren, Trish Parms, Scotty Parms and Buchell Parms. She is also survived by several step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren, as well as several extended family members and a host of friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Pony Express Holiness Church (1711 Big Hill Rd, Berea, KY 40403). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, donations to help with funeral expenses can be made to the funeral home.
