Linda L. Brooks

The passing of Linda L. Brooks (Grand Rapids, Michigan) leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on March 7, 2026 at the age of 81. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Vollmar and Donna Jean Vollmar; and her husband Wayne. She is survived by: her daughters, Shellie Smith (Brent) and Diane Heger (Tim); her sister Sue Pylman (Ralph); her grandchildren, Jessica Hatch (Brandon), Danielle Gallagher (Gabe), Derek Smith (Jessica), Paul Heger (PJ) and Quinn Smith (Nichole); her great grandchild Hazel; and her stepchildren, Suzan Fellabaum (Mike) and Steve Brooks (Kelley). She is also survived by his 6 grandchildren; and great grandson.

A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, March 21st 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the O'Brien-Eggebeen-Gerst Funeral Home (3980 Cascade Rd SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49546).
