Linda K. (Berding) Papouchis, 78, of Ames, passed away on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at her home in Ames.
Born and raised with deep Midwestern roots, Linda lived a life marked by quiet strength, devotion to family, and a steadfast faith. She cherished her time in Ames, where she built meaningful connections within her community and at St. Paul Lutheran Church. Her gentle spirit and caring nature left a lasting impression on all who knew her.
She is survived by her loving family, who will carry forward the warmth and values she shared throughout her life. Linda will be laid to rest at Elmwood-St. Joseph Cemetery in Mason City at a later date.
