November 16, 1944— March 10, 2026
Port Arthur, TX
Linda Gayle Hebert was born on November 16, 1944, in Port Arthur, Texas, and passed away on March 10, 2026, in her hometown. A devoted homemaker and cherished matriarch, she spent her life nurturing her family with warmth, delicious home-cooked meals, and steadfast care. Her vibrant spirit shone through her joyful singing at Central Baptist Church in Port Neches, where she was a longtime member, as well as in her love for dancing to 50s music, regular visits to the beauty shop, and her enthusiastic hobby of mowing the lawn on her Bad Boy Zero Turn mower.
Linda found her greatest joy in time spent with her family. She took special pride in driving her great-granddaughters to school and preparing their lunches, moments that reflected her deep nurturing nature and created memories her loved ones will treasure always.
She is survived by her sons, Richard Hebert of Port Acres, and Mike Hebert and his wife, Carol, of Nederland; her daughter, Teresa Hebert of Port Arthur; her grandchildren, Alexis, Brittany, Cierra, Anthony, Alicia, Brandon, Candace and her husband, Brandon, Kristin and her husband, Gregg; her three great-grandchildren, Peyton, Aubrey, and Luke; and her sister, Fredina Escamilla. She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Mickey Hebert; her parents, Fred and Vivian LeBlanc; and her sister, Patsy Havard.
