Linda Gail Quebodeaux, 84, passed away peacefully on March 13, 2026. Born on August 23, 1941, she lived a long and meaningful life centered on family, friendship, and the simple pleasures she cherished.
Linda was known for her exceptional cooking and took great joy in preparing meals for those she loved. An accomplished bowler, she participated in a league for more than 50 years, building many lasting friendships through the sport. Creative and resourceful, she sewed clothes by hand for her children when they were young. She was also an avid reader who especially enjoyed novels by Tom Clancy and John Grisham, often spending quiet evenings with a book in hand.
A devoted sports fan, Linda rarely missed a game featuring her beloved New Orleans Saints or Atlanta Braves. She particularly treasured sharing those games over the phone with her brother. Above all, she cherished her family. She loved them deeply and took great pride in her roles as mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, finding special joy in every moment spent with her grandchildren.
Linda is survived by her children, Stephanie Pinder, Kevin Quebodeaux (Trecia), and Lenae Sigmund; her seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Ervin Quebodeaux, and her brothers, Norman Roy and Johnny St. Ores.
