Linda Ann Criglar

Linda Ann Criglar, 73, of Malden, Missouri, passed away on Saturday, March 14, 2026, at her residence. Born on January 31, 1953, in Clarkton, Missouri, to the late Austin Criglar and Polly Naomi Criglar (Harlin), Linda lived a life marked by quiet strength and steadfast commitment.

For more than 33 years, she worked in housekeeping at the Malden Nursing Center, earning respect for her hard work and dedication. A longtime member of Zion Grove Church, she remained deeply connected to her faith and community throughout her life.

She is survived by her daughter, Phyllis Criglar of Malden; grandchildren Terrell Criglar, Ryan Criglar, Benjamin Criglar, Michael Hampton, Dillion Criglar, Shaylia Criglar, and Dontavious Minniefield; 21 great-grandchildren; one brother, Austin Criglar and wife Clemie of Malden; and three sisters, Gracie Harris of Malden, Jeralene Stockard of Malden, and Essie Mae Nelson of Little Rock, Arkansas. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other family members.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Charles Criglar and Eugene Criglar, and four sisters, Naomi Hester, Paulene Stenson, Velma Dockery, and Lorene Lane.
