Lillian Rose Gilbert, 88, of Graham, passed away on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at her home.

Born on November 13, 1937, in Winkler County to the late Pete and Noy Nadine (Jackson) Barnett, Lillian was a deeply family-oriented woman who cherished every moment with her children. Known for her independence, generous spirit, and thoughtful nature, she found great joy in giving gifts to her children and close friends, always seeking ways to brighten the lives of those she loved.

She worked for 34 years at InterBank in Graham, where she truly enjoyed her work and the many friendships she formed with her coworkers. Lillian’s upbeat personality and happy outlook on life made her a joy to be around and left a lasting impression on everyone who knew her.

She will be remembered for her kindness, her devotion to family, her love of animals, and the warmth and happiness she brought into the lives of others. She is survived by her daughters Sherrie Gibson, Karron Gibson, and Linda Ford, all of Graham, Texas, and her son Chuck Schlagal of Midland, Texas, along with eight grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
