Levi Sirmons
Atlanta, GA
Levi Sirmons was born on November 1, 1965, to the late Levi Sirmons and Elizabeth Sirmons. In the mid-1980s, after enduring many personal trials, he found Jesus Christ and embraced his calling to evangelize. He felt called to reach those who could not be touched through traditional churches, devoting himself to ministering to the homeless and to people who felt hope was out of reach. With a passion for spreading the Good News, Levi left his special kindness and love with every life he touched, including family and friends.
He graduated from Thomasville High School in 1985 and later moved from Thomasville to Atlanta, Georgia, where he worked at Chiba Vision. He eventually surrendered his life fully to his calling, teaching and sharing the message that others, too, could be delivered, made whole, and live free through the same power he had experienced. Levi was also a dedicated worker at Yardsy, where he was regarded as family rather than simply an employee.
Levi transitioned from this life on March 3, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. He leaves to cherish his memory four sisters, Loretta Sirmons of Atlanta, Georgia, Sharon Scott of Tallahassee, Florida, Jannie Sirmons of Thomasville, Georgia, and Carmen T. Clark of Thomasville, Georgia, as well as Cynethia A. Stafford; one uncle, Gus Tillman; three aunts, Grace Dubose, Lulabell Hill, and Brigette Sirmons; a special nephew, John R. Cain; and a host of nieces, great-nephews, cousins, and extended family.
