Leslie D. Dausey

Leslie D. Dausey, 75, of Elizabeth, Pennsylvania, formerly of Clairton, passed away on March 11, 2026. Born on May 6, 1950, in McKeesport, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Laraine Caldwell.

Preceded in death by her sisters Linda Caldwell Mikolics, Rebecca Beam, and Laraine (Lori) Caldwell, Leslie is survived by her sister Ruth Potter and her brother William Caldwell. She leaves behind her three children, Michael A. Hough, Dawn (William) Kelly, and Robert (Elizabeth) Sowers, as well as her beloved grandchildren Sarah Lorraine, Breanne, Bobby, and Ava. Leslie was also blessed with five great-grandchildren who brought her special joy, particularly when she could spend time with them or hold a newborn.

Leslie retired from customer service after working for Lazy Boy Furniture. When she was well, she found deep peace in gardening and cooking. Her garden and flowers offered her solace and allowed her to feel close to God’s beautiful creations.

She will be remembered fondly by her family for the quiet strength and love she gave them throughout her life.
