He was predeceased by: his son LeRoy Allen Yaney; and his parents, Clifford Yaney and Jenny Yaney (Brower). He is survived by: his wife Janet Yaney; and his sister Janet Poppe.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, March 12th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mills Funeral Home - Peters & Murray Chapel (301 E Jefferson St, Grand Ledge, MI 48837). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Mills Funeral Home, Peters & Murray Chapel (301 E Jefferson St, Grand Ledge, MI 48837).
