Larson age 100, passed away peacefully March 3, 2026 at Bishop Noa Home. Leone had a strong love for her Lord and Savior Jesus and was ready and anxious to go to Him.Leone was born November 6, 1925 in Escanaba, the daughter of Axel and Esther Larson. Leone graduated from Gladstone High School in 1944. She worked over 40 years in Air Force/Civil Service mostly at K.I. Sawyer AFB until retiring at her Little Bay De Noc lake home near Schaawe Lake. She is a lifelong member of Grace Church in Gladstone where she was active playing organ, singing and teaching Sunday school.Leone is survived by her sister Joyce (Larson) Onufrock as well as many nieces and nephews.Leone was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Lloyd (Lars), Leonard, Lewis, and Gordon, sisters Lillian and Elizabeth and all their spouses. Also preceded in death nephew Tim Harvey and brother-in-law Jerry Onufrock.A memorial service is being planned for this summer at Grace Church.
