Leonard Lamar Picklesimer

Leonard Lamar Picklesimer, age 64, of Forsyth County, Georgia, passed away on Thursday, March 12, 2026. A longtime member of Christian Hill Baptist Church, Leonard was preceded in death by his parents, Arnold and Nannie Picklesimer; his brothers, Hugh, William, Jewell, Winford, Jackie, Ricky, and Douglas Picklesimer; and his significant other, Wanda Foster.

He is survived by his sisters and brothers-in-law, Betty Bruce, Mary (Hoyt) Bruce, Janie (Glen) Bruce, and Deborah (Jackson) Chambers; his brother and sister-in-law, Tommy (Maryann) Picklesimer and Judy Picklesimer; his stepchildren, Timothy, Amy, Brian Stephens, and Brandy Queen; seven step-grandchildren; his significant other, Ellen Picklesimer; and many other loving relatives and friends. Those who knew Leonard knew a man who made everyone he met a friend.

The family is deeply grateful for the compassionate care provided by Hospice of Northeast Georgia Medical Center.
