He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leonard J. Topley and Katherine Topley (Lee); his wife Patricia Orr Topley; his children, Rebecca Moore (Timothy), Leonard D. Jr. Topley (Sheri), Emily Hasan (Nazmi) and Daisy Mae; his grandchildren, Autumn Elizabeth, TJ, Chrissy (Moore), Leonard D. III (Topley), Gabby, Tabby, Abby, Zabby (Hasan), Jessica Shields and Nicole Messer; his siblings, Barbara Potts and Daniel Potts; his great grandchild Dorian; and his grandparents, Effie and Ivan Lee.

Visitation was held on Monday, March 9th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 10th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the James F. Kutch Funeral Homes & Crematory (433 Lincoln Hwy, East McKeesport, PA 15035).
