Leonard Alvin "Butch" Ogle Jr.

Leonard Alvin “Butch” Ogle, Jr. passed away on March 13, 2026. A devoted family man, Butch was a loving father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He spent his career as a crane operator in the steel mills before retiring.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Alma Glass Ogle; his parents, Leonard A. Ogle, Sr. and Ida Sutton Ogle; his stepmother, Wilma; his brothers, Jim (Becky) and Ray (Irene); and his sisters, Brenda (Gene) and Vickie.

Butch is survived by his children, Derrick, Mickie, Danny (Rhonda), Cheryl (Billy), and Ann; his grandchildren, Stefanie (Josh), April (Shane), Dustin (Vanessa), BJ (Jessica), Kenney Ray (Meghan), and Savanna; and his great-grandchildren, Jensen, Chase, Rory, Reagan, Maverly, Mira, Pyper, Hayleigh, Kyleigh, Ryder, Addison, Kennedy, Sadie, Berkley, and Ryder. He is also survived by his brothers, Danny (Phyllis) and Dennis; his sisters, Sheila (Leonard) and Faye; his sister-in-law, Diane Glass Williams; and many nieces and nephews who will cherish his memory.
