Leon Smalls, 73, of Beaufort, South Carolina, passed away on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at the Veterans Victory House in Walterboro, South Carolina. A native of Beaufort, he was the son of the late Ben and Hester Smalls.
Leon lived a life rooted in his hometown and served his country, earning military honors at his final resting place. He is remembered by the family who loved him and who now mourn his loss while preparing to celebrate the life he shared with them.
