Shewas born August 17, 1945 in Pittsburgh, a daughter of the late William Harry andDorothy Edith (Miles) Monroe. Lenore was a registered nurse and had graduatedfrom the Allegheny General Hospital School of Nursing and received herbachelor's degree from Penn State University. She was a past Worthy Matron ofthe Order of Eastern Star, Irwin Ch. 400 and a member of the Order of Amaranth.She is survived by her children, William (Leslie) Bouldin of North Huntingdonand Barbara (Ken) Wees of Hempfield Township; her grandchildren Alexander(Hannah) Wees, Kacey Wees, William Bouldin Jr. and Christina Bouldin; greatgrandson Parker Glenn Wees; siblings Linda Monroe and William (Debbie)Monroe; also nieces and nephews. Friends and family will be received from 2 to 8 p.m.Tuesday, March 10, at the William Snyder Funeral Home, 521 Main Street,Irwin. An Eastern Star service will be held at Tuesday at 7 p.m. in the funeralhome. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 11, at 11 a.m. at theFirst Presbyterian Church, 617 Main Street, Irwin, with Rev. Doug Rehberg, officiating.In lieu of flowers, a donation in Lenore's name can be made to the Hillman Cancer Center atwww.hillmanresearch.upmc.edu.
