Lee E. Carpenter

Lee E. Carpenter passed away on March 10, 2026, after a long battle with the effects of a stroke. Born on July 29, 1949, in Wilmington, Massachusetts, he was the son of the late Charles and Isabelle (MacKay) Carpenter. Raised and educated in Wilmington, Lee faithfully served in the United States Navy aboard the USS Cadmus in Newport, Rhode Island.

He worked for many years at C E Avery Co. in Newington, New Hampshire, which later became part of Westinghouse. In his free time, Lee found great joy in hunting and spending time at his camp in York Beach, Maine. He will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved him.

Lee was predeceased by his three sons, Jason, Shane, and Erik, and his daughter Tami, as well as his parents. He is survived by his son Mark and his brother Chuck and sister-in-law Janet of Merrimack, New Hampshire.
