He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank and Lillian; and his brother Ray (Sharon). He is survived by: his sibling's children, Mike, Rob (Heather) and Beth Komolov (Andrei); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Gage and Chase.

The lying in state will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Linus Church (6466 N Evangeline St, Dearborn Heights, MI 48127). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
