Laurie A. Litwin

Laurie A. (Pearce) Litwin, of Gales Ferry, Connecticut, passed away peacefully at her home on March 14, 2026, at the age of 65. Born in Wakefield, Rhode Island, she was the beloved daughter of the late Norma and Robert E. Pearce.

For many years Laurie worked as a braider for Ashaway Line n' Twine. She found quiet joy in crocheting and reading, and she held a deep love for animals, especially her faithful dog Zoey. Above all, she cherished the time spent with her family, who remember her gentle spirit and the warmth she brought to every gathering.

She is survived by her four children, Mindy Papierowicz, Stacy Litwin, Suzanne Wilson and her husband Daniel, and Laura Litwin; her two sisters, Colleen Zarkowski and Carole Pratt; four grandchildren; and her beloved dog Zoey. Laurie was predeceased by her sister Patti Bardsley.
