Kretzer (nee Zweig), age 70, of Willow Grove, formerly of Brooklyn, NY, passed away on March 1, 2026.Born and raised in Brooklyn, Lauren started working in the accounting field as a bookkeeper following High School. As a faithful Christian she was a passionate supporter of missionary programs in the United States as well as abroad. Because of her dedication to the missionary cause, She decided to take a position in accounting with World Team USA. As a part of World Team USA, she worked hard to promote the Word of God in over 28 countries worldwide. Believing in service to her community, Lauren also helped to teach English as a second language to immigrants in the local area. Lauren was an active supporter of the Pro-Life movement as well.During her time in New York, she met and married her husband Rich. They eventually relocated to the Greater Philadelphia Area. Together they enjoyed to travel. They enjoyed many trips over the years but some of their favorites were beach destinations, the mountains of Virginia and a memorable adventure to Germany.Cherished wife of Richard. Beloved sister of Jeff (the late Petra), Philip and Lawrence. Also survived by her loving nieces and nephews.Relatives and friends are invited to offer condolences to her family on Saturday March 14, 2026 from 10 - 11 AM at Liberti Church Northeast, 3024 Byberry Rd. Philadelphia, PA 19154 Religious Service 11 AM. A luncheon will follow in the church hall.
