She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Adkins and Ruth Adkins (Richmond); her husband Kenneth; and her brother Gary Adkins. She is survived by: her children, Todd Brancheau and Carey Lee (Mark); her grandchildren, Michael Gring (Keila), Kelsi Alexander (Zac), Tori LaPorte (Timmy), Tasha Burdgick, Kala West and Kisha Franklin; and her siblings, Kim Adkins (Buffy) and Kristi Chilson (Mike). She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 17th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Swartz Funeral Home (1225 W Hill Rd, Flint, MI 48507).

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Durand Senior Care & Rehab Center.
