Laura Kathleen Lapp

Laura Kathleen Lapp passed away peacefully on March 8, 2026. A loving wife and mother, she was preceded in death by her husband, Roger Lee Lapp, and her daughter, Marian McPhee. She is survived by her children Roger (Gina) Lapp Jr., Susan Lapp, and Daniel Lapp, as well as her grandchildren Nicole, Adrienne, Skyler, Libby, and Roger III, and her great-grandchildren Jameson, Nathaniel, Logan, Declan, Waylon, and Theodore.

Born in Kansas City, Missouri, on September 10, 1933, Laura was valedictorian of the Greenwood High School class of 1951. She enlisted in the U.S. Army in November 1951 and, while receiving medical training at Fort Sam Houston, met and married Roger on April 24, 1952. The couple remained devoted to each other until his death in 2015.
