He was born October 14, 1959 in McLeansboro, IL to the late Mary Rose (Munsell) and William Warren "Bill" Jines.Larry served in the United States Marines for 3 ½ years. He was employed in security surveillance at the casino for five years and as a paramedic at Comaier Services for five years. Larry loved to laugh with his friends and family. He was a loving husband and was at his happiest when doing his favorite hobby, dancing with his wife Deborah. He loved listening to music as well as playing guitar and piano. He enjoyed photography and drawing. Larry liked spending time gaming, especially playing the Call of Duty. He attended One Life Church East.Larry is survived by his wife of 32 years, Deborah (Woodruff) Jines; children, Billy Jines, Chance (Jenni) Webster, Jenny Webster and Aaron Webster; grandchildren, Alivia Jines and Liam Jines; sister, Cathy Fandel; and best friends, Mike Glenn and Barry Brooks.In addition to his parents, Larry was preceded in death by his daughter, Layla Marie Webster.Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. Thursday, March 19, 2026 at Ziemer Funeral Home East Chapel, 800 S. Hebron Ave., Evansville. A Funeral service will begin at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home with Reverend Mike Glenn officiating.Burial will be at St. Joseph Cemetery.Memorial contributions may be made to Wounded Warrior Project, P.O.
