Larry VanZandt

He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy VanZandt and Ethel VanZandt (Dodillet); his wife Geraldine Eller; his son Kirby VanZandt; his sister Judy Christian (Cliff); and his brother-in-law Chet Eller.

He is survived by: his son Kevin VanZandt (Tina); his granddaughters, Kari Nierman (Allen) of Highland and Carly Thompson (Dallas) of Fairview Heights; his great grandchildren, Levi, Jase, Tanner Nierman of Highland and Maeve Thompson of Fairview Heights; and his brother-in-law Robert Eller (Jackie) of Phoenix, Arizona. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Sutherland-Garnier Funeral Home (235 N Sycamore St, Centralia, IL 62801).

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Shriners Children's Hospital and will be accepted at the Sutherland-Garnier Funeral Home located at 235 North Sycamore Street Centralia, Illinois 62801, (618) 532-32523, who is honored to be of service to Larry's Family.
