Born September 1, 1952 in Virginia, he was the son of the late Delmer & Frances Lumpkins Tignor. Larry is survived by his wife, Betty Hall Tignor. He was an explosive worker and a member of the Betsy Layne Church of Christ. In addition to his wife, Larry is survived by one son: Samuel Tignor of TN; one daughter: Rebecca Kidd of VA; one brother: Jerry Tignor of Cleveland, VA; 4 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Along with his parents, Larry was preceded in death by one brother: Clyde Tignor.
