June 24, 1952— March 12, 2026
Chillicothe, OH
Larry “Bimbo” Kellough, 73, of Huntington Township, passed away on March 12, 2026, at his home, surrounded by his family after a long and courageous battle with cancer.
Born on June 24, 1952, in Ross County to the late Irvin and Edith (Chaney) Kellough, Larry married Patricia E. McCarty on January 22, 1989. The couple shared 42 loving years together and raised two sons and a daughter. He is survived by his wife Patricia; their children, Blake (Samantha) Kellough of Chillicothe, Kailee (Adam) Keller of Waverly, and Drew (Whitley Crabtree) Kellough of Piketon; and his cherished grandchildren, Addisyn and Aiden Keller, and Dani, Aubri, and Kynli Kellough, who were the center of his world. He is also survived by his brothers Gary (Jerry) Kellough and Ronald (Bonnie) Kellough; sisters Linda (Bill) McDonald, Brenda Donohoe, Sharon Lytle, and Flora Broughton; brother-in-law Pete Davidson; and many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Larry served his community for 27 years as an employee of Huntington Township and then for 11 years as a township trustee before retiring due to health concerns. He found great joy in the outdoors, whether helping his brother or his son in the hayfields, or pursuing his lifelong passions of fox hunting and beagle hunting, through which he formed many lasting friendships. A man of quiet faith, he attended Huntington Chapel and Beulah Chapel and was a member of the Paint Valley Fox Hunters Club and the Fox Knob Beagle Club.
Larry will be remembered fondly and missed deeply by all who knew him.
