Larry Junior Moss

Larry Junior Moss of Jonesboro, Arkansas, passed away on Monday, March 9, 2026, at Baptist Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee, at the age of 73. Born on January 16, 1953, in Jonesboro, he lived in Trumann before moving back to Jonesboro in 1986. He retired as a supervisor for Vinco in Trumann and was a longtime member of Central Baptist Church in Jonesboro.

Larry found great joy in deer hunting and spending time at deer camp, yet nothing meant more to him than being surrounded by his family, especially his grandchildren. He cherished his role as Grandad above all else.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Betty Sue Richardson Dodd. Larry is survived by his wife, Karen Smith Moss; sons T.J. (Rebecca) Moss, Drew (Lindsey) Moss, and R.J. (Amie) Smith, all of Jonesboro; daughters Chasity Johnston, Kendall Georges, and Jaci Moss, all of Jonesboro; brothers Timmy Moss of Stockton, California, and JoJo Dodd of Trumann; sisters Patricia Hamm and Pamela Sue Crist, both of Jonesboro; and ten grandchildren, Ian Jackson, Piper Smith, Logan Moss, Jagger Moss, Stella Moss, Iris Moss, Evie Georges, Aila Georges, Gwennie Moss, and Lynnen Moss.
