He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry Wallis and Trudy Wallis. He is survived by: his fiancé Vaunda Richardson of Edgar Springs, MO; his stepson Louis Richardson (Sara) of Bentonville, AR; his granddaughter Jolie Richardson; his sister Pamela Wallis; and his nephew Issac Wallis. He is also survived by one aunt, numerous cousins, other relatives, and dear friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Wilson Mortuary - Salem (1000 Scenic Rivers Blvd, Salem, MO 65560). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made in memory of Lanny to Wilson Mortuary to help with Final Expenses.
