He was born on November 20, 1951 in Miami, Florida.He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy Joseph Hazen and Ludie Grady Hathcock.He is lovingly survived by his devoted wife, Rose Hazen; his daughter, Jackie, and son-in-law, Juan; his son, Steven Hazen; and his sister, Sandy Arthur.He came into our lives and truly made a difference in each of our hearts. He loved his family unconditionally and was always there with an ear to listen, a story to share, and life advice to guide us. He was an honorable man, well respected by all who knew him, and his kindness and wisdom will forever live on in our memories.From his loving wife:"Our wedding song was 'I Cross My Heart.' You promised to give me all you had to give, and you did every single day. You were my heart, my strength, and my greatest blessing. I will love you always."He will be deeply missed but never forgotten.Rest in Peace.A visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 18, 2026 from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home, 2020 N.
