We are sad to announce that on March 8, 2026, Laikyn Hughes (North Vernon, Indiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her parents, Lauren Mull Hughes and Trenton Hughes; her sister Lennon Grace Hughes; her great-great-grandparent Robert Taylor; her great-grandparents, Kylia Jo Mull, Ron, Valerie Euler, Charles and Mary Weber; her grandparents, Matthew, Lori Mull, David Hughes, Denton and Angie Waller; her aunts, Cassidy and Megan Mull; and her uncle Stone Mull.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home (420 S State St, North Vernon, IN 47265). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.

Memorials may be made in honor of Laikyn through the funeral home to the family for the a Memorial Bench.
