LaDonna Rae Pelfrey

LaDonna Rae Rogers Pelfrey, 80, of Stanton, passed away on March 11, 2026, at Wolfe County Health and Rehab, surrounded by her loving family. Born on May 11, 1945, in Winchester, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late Leonard D. and Chelsea Hall Rogers.

She was the devoted widow of Donald Elmer Pelfrey and the loving mother of Bryan K. Pelfrey and his wife Karen. LaDonna shared a close bond with her brothers, Charles Rogers and his wife Joyce, and Darrell Rogers and his wife Nancy. She is remembered fondly by her many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and her dear friend Faye Hampton.

LaDonna was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Donald, her son Phillip D. Pelfrey, and her brother Lanny Dale Rogers. She will be remembered for the quiet strength and warmth she brought to her family and all those who knew her.
