Kurt Allen Manley

Kurt Allen Manley, age 65, of Hudson, Ohio, passed away on Friday, March 6, 2026. Born on September 24, 1960, in Sabetha, Kansas, Kurt was a cherished father, “Papa,” son, uncle, and brother.

A skilled welder, he devoted more than forty years of his working life to Mid America Car, Inc. Away from the job, he found joy in collecting antiques, tinkering in his shop, and restoring his beloved VW dune buggy. In his later years, nothing mattered more to him than the precious hours spent with his grandchildren.

He is survived by his son, Joshua (Jessica) Manley; his beloved grandchildren, Carter, Henry, and Eliza; and his father, Sherman Dean Manley. Kurt was preceded in death by his mother, Sonja Joan Manley (née Dougherty), his sister Kathy, and his brothers Korey and Kent.

A private family celebration of life will be held at a later date.
